Symptoms men are told to just live with.
Any of these can have more than one cause. Low testosterone is one of them — and it’s the one a proper workup can actually rule in or out.
Constant fatigue
Sleeping eight hours and still running on empty by 2 p.m.
Brain fog
Losing the sharpness you used to take for granted.
Low drive
Libido and motivation both quieter than they should be.
Stubborn body fat
Training and eating right, but the midsection won't move.
Poor recovery
Workouts that used to build you up now just wear you down.
Flat mood
Irritable, unmotivated, or just not yourself lately.

If TRT isn’t right for you, we’ll say so.
Low testosterone is real — and so is the industry that over-promises it as a cure for everything. We run the workup properly, read your labs with you, and give you a straight answer. Sometimes that answer is a treatment plan. Sometimes it’s “your levels are normal, and here’s where to look next.” Either way, you leave knowing.
Restoring healthy testosterone, done right.
Steadier energy
Many men with low testosterone notice more consistent energy through the day once levels are restored to a healthy range.
Drive & mood
Libido, motivation, and mood are among the most commonly reported improvements when low testosterone is treated.
Strength & body composition
Paired with training and nutrition, treatment can support lean muscle and healthier body composition over time.
Clearer focus
Men often describe sharper concentration and fewer “brain fog” days once levels stabilize.
Results vary and are not guaranteed. Testosterone therapy is intended for men with symptoms and blood-confirmed low testosterone — not as a performance enhancer for men with normal levels.
Who testosterone therapy is for
Testosterone therapy is for adult men with symptoms of low testosterone confirmed by blood testing. We diagnose from morning blood draws — never from a questionnaire — and your provider reviews your complete health history before recommending any treatment.
TRT may be a fit if…
- You have symptoms such as low energy, low libido, or difficulty maintaining muscle.
- You’re willing to complete the lab work and follow-up monitoring good care requires.
- You’re an adult man seeking care for yourself.
It may not be the right time if…
- You’re currently trying to conceive or planning to father a child in the near future (see fertility below).
- Your symptoms are better explained by another condition your provider should address first.
Some health histories and medications require additional review before treatment can be considered. Your provider will tell you honestly if TRT isn’t the right path for you.
Can I start TRT if I want children?
Testosterone therapy can suppress sperm production. Purelivity does not initiate testosterone therapy for men who are currently trying to conceive or planning to father a child in the near future. If maintaining fertility is important to you, discuss your options with an appropriate healthcare provider before considering testosterone therapy.
From first questions to feeling like yourself.
Start your intake
About three minutes online. Your symptoms, health history, medications, and goals — reviewed personally by your provider, not an algorithm.
Baseline labs at Quest
We order two separate morning blood draws at a Quest Diagnostics location near you. Both panels are included in your evaluation.
Testosterone peaks before 10 a.m. and varies day to day. Two independent morning readings are the clinical standard for an accurate diagnosis — one low result from a random afternoon isn't one.
Video visit with your provider
A live, HIPAA-compliant video visit to review your labs and history together, talk through fertility and risks, and decide — honestly — whether TRT is right for you.
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled medication. Federal and Texas law — and good medicine — require a live audio-video exam with a licensed prescriber before it can be prescribed. We never prescribe from a questionnaire alone.
Medication shipped to your door
If treatment is appropriate, your prescription is e-prescribed to a licensed U.S. pharmacy and shipped to your home — testosterone cypionate with every injection supply you need.
Refills & follow-up
Ongoing follow-up labs on a schedule your provider sets based on your treatment response and clinical needs. Refills stay tied to your monitoring — that's not red tape, it's how testosterone therapy is done safely.

What labs are required
Safe testosterone therapy starts with real data and continues with routine monitoring. Your evaluation lab work is included in your $99 evaluation, and your routine monitoring labs are included in your $150/month TRT Care Plan.
- Total and free testosterone, from a morning blood draw
- A complete blood count, including hematocrit
- Estradiol
- PSA, when age-appropriate
- Metabolic and lipid markers
- LH and FSH, when clinically useful
Your provider may order additional testing based on your history. We confirm low testosterone before recommending treatment.
Safety & monitoring
Testosterone therapy is safe for the right patient when it’s monitored properly. That’s the whole point of the Care Plan — we don’t just send medication, we watch your labs and adjust.
- We monitor hematocrit, PSA, and estradiol, and adjust your dose when medically appropriate.
- You have secure messaging with your provider between visits.
- Treatment continues only while it remains safe and appropriate for you.
Testosterone therapy is not appropriate for everyone. Seek emergency care for chest pain, trouble breathing, or other urgent symptoms — don’t wait for an online visit.
Two numbers. No surprises.
Hidden fees are the #1 complaint against online TRT clinics. So we don’t have any.

If treatment is appropriate, you transition into the same $150/month TRT Care Plan as every patient.
Everything you need to stay on testosterone, safely.

Your plan begins only after your provider approves treatment. Month-to-month. No long-term contract.
The assessment is free. Your $99 Comprehensive TRT Evaluation is billed only when you choose to proceed, and your $150/month TRT Care Plan begins only if treatment is recommended and you choose to continue. Completing an assessment, paying for an evaluation, or completing laboratory testing does not guarantee a testosterone prescription.
Not all TRT care is built the same.

Healthcare built around you.

Purelivity Wellness was founded by Tessa Rydberg, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, with the belief that men’s hormone optimization should be evidence-based, transparent, and centered on long-term health — not quick prescriptions. A board-certified family nurse practitioner, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and her master’s degree from the University of Maryland.
Her clinical background includes emergency medicine, urgent care, and family practice, giving her a broad foundation in both acute and long-term patient care. She specializes in men’s hormone optimization, medically supported weight management, healthy aging, fitness, and nutrition.
Tessa’s approach is personal, evidence-based, and focused on helping patients feel and perform their best while supporting their long-term health. She believes effective care should be transparent, individualized, and built around an ongoing relationship rather than a one-size-fits-all prescription.
Board-certified nurse practitioner
Texas-licensed with prescriptive authority, focused on men's hormone health.
DEA-registered prescriber
Controlled medications e-prescribed through a secure, certified system — never paper scripts in the mail.
Physician-collaborated practice
Operating under a Prescriptive Authority Agreement with a collaborating Texas physician, exactly as Texas law requires.
HIPAA-compliant end to end
Video visits, messaging, records, and intake all run on HIPAA-compliant systems.
Questions men actually ask.
Do you take insurance?
No — Purelivity is a cash-pay practice, which is what keeps pricing flat and transparent: $99 to get started and $150 per month, with labs, visits, medication, and supplies included. Most HSA and FSA cards work for payment. We don't bill insurance and we don't send surprise invoices.
Why do I need two blood draws?
Because one number isn't a diagnosis. Testosterone is highest in the morning and can swing meaningfully from day to day. Clinical guidelines call for two separate morning measurements before starting therapy, and that's what we do. Both draws are included in your evaluation.
Why is a video visit required? Can't I just fill out a form?
Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance, and both federal and Texas law require a live audio-video evaluation with a licensed prescriber before it can be prescribed. Any service offering testosterone from a questionnaire alone is cutting a corner we won't cut. The visit is also where the real medicine happens — reviewing your labs together and making sure treatment is actually right for you.
How do refills work?
Refills are tied to your monitoring. Stay current with the follow-up labs and check-in visits your provider recommends — the timing is based on your treatment response and clinical needs — and your medication ships on schedule. If monitoring lapses, refills pause until you're caught up — that's a safety feature, not a sales tactic.
What happens if my labs come back normal?
We tell you the truth. If your testosterone levels and symptoms don't support a diagnosis, we won't prescribe TRT — we'll walk through what your results do show and where to look next. Your evaluation covers a real diagnostic workup, not a guaranteed prescription.
Who can become a patient?
Men 18 and older who are physically located in Texas during their visits. Certain conditions — such as prostate or male breast cancer, uncontrolled heart failure, or untreated severe sleep apnea — mean TRT isn't safe, and we screen for them during intake. If you're actively trying to conceive, we'll discuss that carefully first, because TRT suppresses sperm production.
Customize Your Care Plan
Many men have goals beyond optimizing testosterone. During your visit, we’ll discuss whether any of these options are appropriate for you.
Optional monthly add-ons are available to established TRT Care Plan patients when clinically appropriate. Add-ons include medication, related provider monitoring, treatment adjustments, and refills as described. Not every option is appropriate for every patient.
