Starting an evaluation does not guarantee that any medication will be prescribed. That decision is your provider’s, and it is made after reviewing your history and any testing your care requires.

Your goals. Personalized medical care.

Let’s Start With Your Goals

Every person’s health journey is unique. These are common goals we help evaluate and optimize through personalized, evidence-based care — and your provider will tell you plainly what is and isn’t realistic for you.

More Energy

Persistent fatigue has many possible causes. An evaluation looks for the ones that can actually be identified and treated, instead of assuming.

Feel Like Yourself Again

This is a real clinical complaint, not vanity. It deserves proper investigation rather than being dismissed as a normal part of getting older.

Healthy Weight

Medically supervised weight management, with provider oversight and monitoring — appropriate for some patients and not for others.

Hormone Optimization

Where testosterone is involved, it is confirmed by laboratory testing before any treatment is considered — never from symptoms alone.

Increased Strength

Changes in strength and muscle have both hormonal and non-hormonal causes. We evaluate what is actually contributing before any treatment is considered.

Increased Libido

Low libido is a recognised clinical symptom with several possible causes. It is evaluated properly — including whether hormones are involved at all.

Long-Term Wellness

Care that continues past the first prescription, with follow-up testing and adjustments as your results and your goals change.

Why Purelivity is different

Built to be a practice, not a prescription service.

The difference is not marketing. It is what has to happen before anyone writes you a prescription.

Continuity of provider

Your care is managed with ongoing provider continuity rather than passed between an anonymous rotating team.

Decisions grounded in clinical information

Treatment decisions are based on your medical history, symptoms, examination when required, and appropriate laboratory testing — not only an online form.

A licensed Texas practice

Board-certified, licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing, and operating under a Prescriptive Authority Agreement with a collaborating Texas physician.

Priced in the open

What each step costs is published before you begin, so nothing about the money is a surprise later.

Straight answers

Questions about the practice.

Who can become a patient?

Adults 18 and older who are physically located in Texas at the time of their visit. Texas telehealth law requires that you be in the state when you are seen.

Is this the same as seeing a clinician in person?

It is care delivered by a licensed clinician remotely rather than in an exam room. The professional and legal standards are the same. What each service requires differs — some treatments require a live video visit before anything can be prescribed — and your service page explains its own requirements. If your provider decides an in-person examination or referral is necessary, they will tell you.

Do you take insurance?

No. Purelivity is a cash-pay practice, which is what keeps the pricing flat and published. Most HSA and FSA cards work for payment. Current pricing for every service is on the pricing page.

Do I have to complete laboratory testing?

Where testing is clinically required, yes. Your provider makes treatment decisions from real results and your history — not from a questionnaire alone.

Will I see the same provider each time?

Purelivity is built around provider continuity. The provider who reviews your intake is the provider who reads your results and conducts your visits, so you are not re-explaining your history to someone new.

How do I get started?

Begin an evaluation for the service you are interested in. You will complete a secure intake first, and nothing about your care is decided until your provider has reviewed it.

Begin with the care that fits.

Each service starts with its own evaluation, because the clinical requirements are genuinely different. Choose the one you came for and your provider takes it from there.

Purelivity Wellness provides care to patients physically located in Texas. Completing an evaluation does not guarantee acceptance as a patient or any particular treatment.
